CONNECT 2024

This session will walk session participants through the process of collaborating in groups to co-create writing criteria and constructing expectations with students. Participants will start by identifying “What Counts” in small groups and through the process of classifying and categorizing participants will develop a set of expectations for writing and 1 point rubric for students to be able to self and peer assess their work. Petronella has done this process successfully with students as young as kindergarten.
