Wellness Essentials Workshop - Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or tired? Are you stuck in overthinking?  If yes, this session is for you!   We will be sharing strategies that can be easily incorporated into a sustainable self-care routine. A beautiful Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Bath will integrate all the information learned for a feeling of calm, clarity, and rejuvenation. This workshop will reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance your overall mental well-being.

Come and have some fun in this hands on activity where you will become designers and create your own 2 bracelets made with quality beads such as natural beads, glass beads and so much more.There is a $20.00 fee for creating 2 bracelets. All the materials will be included. This activity can also be a fun activity to do with your students about symmetry, counting etc. 30 participants maximum

Together we will assemble a wellness kit catered to your individual needs and explore ways to support your mental and physical wellbeing throughout the school year. Activities in the session will include decorating/customizing your wellness kit, building grounding keychains, mixing aromatherapy bath bombs and selecting other wellness items to include in your kits.

Participants will be able to choose between a few small woodworking projects based upon their comfort/interest level.  The projects will be focussed on the most novice of woodworkers so no prior knowledge or experience need be had.  Depending on which projects the participants choose a fee for materials will be charged and all supplies necessary will be provided at the school.  


This workshop is for two sessions (12:40-3:15).
